1-Save-On-Lens we guarantee that you will receive the
exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your
prescription. Each pair will arrive sealed in
manufacturer's sterile vials or your purchase will be
refunded. If the product is found unsatisfactory,
unopened packs of lenses in sterile vials can be
returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt
excluding shipping and handling charges.*
Please contact Customer Service to recieve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include:
a. A copy of your invoice and highlight the items you are returning.
b. The RMA No.
c. Please help us improve our service by noting the reason for your return in the space provided on our invoice.
